Roof Repair competes with companies that offer two options for stopping your roof lead problems. One option is a patch repair that is economical but not reliable. The other option is a tear-off of the existing roof and constructing a new roof that is reliable but not economical.

Our approach combines economy and reliability in an application that is intensely restorative for existing whole roofs or for sections of roof that need repair.

The cost savings achieved by our approach is from 25% to 75% of the cost of a full tear-off and replacement. This cost savings comes with a 10-year warrantee on a full roof restoration.

COMPOSITE ROOF RESTORATION

The picture at left shows a cross-section of our composite roof system. This system consists of a bedding cement layer which is then covered by a multi-component elastomeric membrane.
